![]() Peterborough Roller Hockey Club are pleased to announce that Michael Carter has returned to the club. Arthur Corr moved quickly to get Michael back playing with his home town club after losing Alfie Newton. Michael was part of the Premier League team last season in what was a disappointing campaign. After last year and family life away from the rink Michael felt he didn't want to play anymore but a break and seeing a young talented team doing so well in the league this season he felt now was the right time to come back and help and fills his experience will hopefully help this team take another step forward. Michael has played for England at all levels and has won the Premier league in the past with Kings Lynn and I am sure Peterborough will benefit a lot from his hockey smarts and knowledge. Michael has been added to the squad for the up-coming Premier league game against Soham RHC and will wear the number 5 shirt normally worn by Luca Oakley who will now wear the number 8 shirt for tomorrows game.
